Have you ever wondered why are there foams when the water splashes onto the ground

( taken at the Skypark of Nex )

REASON NUMBER ONE

Oxygen is trapped in the water, thus foams are formed

well. scientifically it makes sense.

BUT I BELIEVE IN REASON NUMBERR TWO WHICH IS !!!!

REASON NUMBER TWO

The water is recycled.

When the water splashes onto the ground, it seeps through the ground.
The water is then transported back up into the hose again.
This process is repeated , thus causing the water to be filthy, resulting in foams to occur.

i just can't help but feel curious why is the amount of foams formed SO MUCH O_O

moreover, we arent allowed to wear footwear into the water-themed playground

hygiene purposes seem to be a. vague reason.
